Established in 2015, we are a family owned and operated business that spans two generations. We began as a toy store, and in 2018 we added Magpies Collection where we have something for everyone- toys, puzzles, stuffed animals, candy, handmade gifts, housewares, greeting cards, holiday items, and much more! We love our community and our customers. We feel very lucky to have been a part of this community for so long!

We have become a destination for tourists and locals for the nostalgic, old fashioned feeling to the store. When you walk in the wood floors will creak, you might smell fresh made cinnamon buns or coffee, we have an amazing inventory of over 2,000 items to delight the eye, and the convenience of being a one-stop gift shop: find a card, find a gift, and we will wrap it for you!

Store Policy

We want you to be completely happy. Love it or send it back - it's that easy.

Returns can be made in person at any of our store locations or by mailing them back to our store. Items may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return guidelines.

Shipping Fees
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Cancelling Orders
You are able to cancel an order that has not shipped yet at no cost by emailing magpiescollectionca@gmail.com. If the item has shipped out, please follow our return guidelines.

Items that cannot be returned:

Special order items (please note special orders cannot be cancelled once placed)
Opened bath or shaving products (soap, lotion, bath bombs, lip chap, razors etc.)

Earrings

Teething necklaces or toys
Subscription items

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund/store credit to be issued.
